Every plan ships with the full support worker app: schedule, GPS clock in and out, notes and timesheets on every worker's phone from day one. No per-feature add-ons for the basics of a shift.

Your data, exportable any time

How does the free trial work?

Your trial runs for seven days with every feature of the plan you're trying fully unlocked: real rosters, real notes, real invoices, not a demo sandbox. Sign up at carehq.au and you'll be inside your own workspace in minutes. There are no setup fees, and you won't be billed unless you decide to subscribe at the end of the seven days.

What counts as a "user"?

A user is an active rostered worker: someone who appears on shifts during a billing month. Admin and office seats are free, so your coordinators, finance team and directors can all use the console without adding a cent to the bill. If a worker takes a month off, they simply don't count for that month.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and the change applies from your next invoice. Everything you've built carries across untouched: clients, rosters, notes, documents and history all stay exactly where they are. Most providers start on Growth and move to Intelligence once they've seen what the AI takes off their plate.

Will you help us migrate from our current system?

Yes. Roster import is built in, and AI profile autofill can rebuild client profiles straight from the documents you already hold: care plans, NDIS plans, assessments. Our team will help you map staff, clients and documents across so you're not retyping years of records. Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding and migration plan with an account manager.

Does CareHub handle plan-managed and self-managed participants?

Yes. CareHub generates NDIS-aligned invoices from templates regardless of how a participant's funding is managed (agency-managed, plan-managed or self-managed), and you control where each invoice is sent. Remittances are tracked against every invoice, so you always know what's been paid and what's outstanding.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any plan. Cancel whenever you like, effective from the end of your current billing period. Before you go, full export and backup let you take everything with you in PDF and Excel. Your records belong to you, not to your software.
